New Application or Transfer Fee:

• Lead Auditor and Auditor $365*
• NQI Provisional Auditor $315*

Annual Fees:

• Provisional Auditor $215
• Upgrade Fee - from any grade to any grade $100**
  
• Auditor or Lead Auditor $265
• Late Annual/Re-certification filing Fee $ 50

3 Year Re-certification Fees:

• Provisional Auditor $215
• Auditor/Lead Auditor $265
  

* $100 refundable if Certification/Re-certification denied
** Included in renewal/recertification fee if upgrade requested at the same time

• Reinstatement Fee - $100.00 plus applicable annual fee.
• Appeal Fee $100 (refundable if appeal granted)
