PEP Assessment Services

The NQI Progressive Excellence Program (NQI-PEP) has levels of implementation. Each level is assessed by the organization to identify strengths and opportunities (for actions) and also as pre-application for NQI-PEP certification. A self-assessment assessment workbook and guide covering each level is in the NQI-PEP kit available from NQI.

NQI-PEP Verification

Verification is a one-day on-site exercise for those organizations, or units within organizations, applying for NQI-PEP certification for all levels apart from level one (which requires a documentation review only). The exercise is for verifying key strengths in the application, it is not an assessment exercise and no detailed feedback is provided. An applicant is advised by letter in regard to certification.
