Excellence Practitioner Certification

The Excellence practitioner certification is divided into three different levels and has both a Quality and Healthy Workplace Stream.

NQI Curriculum for
NQI Certified Excellence Practitioner

Quest for Quality - Module 1 - Online Learning (On-line 6 hours),
Module 2 & 3 (In-Class - 15 hours)
Quality Stream Healthy
Workplace Stream

Quality Level 2 Certificate candidates complete the following:

NQI Framework for Excellence - Online Learning
(On-line 6 hours)

Framework for Excellence II
(In-Class - 15 hours)

PLUS ONE OF:

Introduction to Process Mapping
(In-Class - 7.5 hours)

Cost of Quality: Management Overview
(In-Class - 7.5 hours)

NQI Framework for the Development of a Healthy Workplace Certificate
(On-line 6 hours)

Healthy Workplace Level 2 Certificate candidates complete the following:

NQI Framework for the Development of a Healthy Workplace Certificate
(On-line 6 hours)

NQI PEP: Healthy Workplace Implementation Workshop
(In-Class - 15 hours)

PLUS ONE OF:

Introduction to Process Mapping
(In-Class - 7.5 hours)

Cost of Quality: Management Overview
(In-Class - 7.5 hours)

NQI Framework for Excellence - Online Learning
(On-line 6 hours)
