Excellerating:

1. You are now ready to embark on your journey using NQI-PEP (Progressive Excellence Program) to recognize/certify your organization's achievements along the journey to excellence.
   
   Comprised of four progressive levels, the first level focuses on approach and commitment to the journey. The next three levels focus on the demonstration of a progressively deeper and broader commitment to excellence and resulting achievements, as outlined in the relevant NQI criteria.
