This criteria was developed by Excellence Canada with the help of leading health care professionals (with a special thanks to Trillium Health Centre, Toronto East General Hospital and the Annapolis Health Centre), will provide you with a valuable framework that will help you improve and sustain organizational performance.

Excellence Canada Senior Advisor, John Perry, developed the CAE Quality & Healthy Workplace® Framework with input from subject matter experts from the public sector.

The Progressive Excellence Program® Package for Integrated Quality and Wellness: Health Care Sector includes the licensing agreement, a copy of the PEP Integrated Quality and Wellness: Health Care Sector Criteria, Guide Book, and Assessor Workbook (for all four levels).
