DIRECTOR, RESEARCH AND OUTCOME MEASUREMENT

The purpose  of this job is to manage and take primary responsibility of the research and  quality improvement activities of the Agency.   As the lead in this area, the incumbent must preside over and direct all  activities associated with file reviews, program reviews, CQ initiative,  etc.  In addition this position is also  responsible for providing overall supervision of the service team administration  and reception staff of the Agency.
