Fee Schedule
As administrators of the Canada Awards for Excellence (CAE) program, Excellence Canada must provide adjudication and other services to maintain the integrity of the Awards program. The fees below help to defray some, but not all, of the costs associated with the submission, evaluation, and adjudication process. In cases where travel and accommodation expenses apply, we make every effort to keep costs to the minimum that is reasonable to conduct the work required. The fee schedule is designed to make the Awards accessible to all organizations, regardless of size.

• HST: Please add 13% HST to all fees when submitting payment
• Travel Expenses: Please note that travel, accommodation and meals are in addition to these fees
• Multiple Verification Site Visit Fees: For potential Award recipients whose submission covers multiple locations, requiring visits to more than one location, additional site visit fees may be charged per location.
• Feedback Report: Please note that the CAE adjudication process is a verification exercise, not an assessment. Accordingly, while Excellence Canada will provide general feedback, Excellence Canada is not responsible for detailed feedback other than informing potential Award recipients whether or not they have achieved CAE Award status. If more comprehensive feedback is required, please contact Excellence Canada for assessment fees. Assessment fees are based on number of locations and scope of work (to be confirmed upon discussion).
