POSITION SUMMARY:
-Provide oversight of the ‘Quality Management System’ (QMS)
-Ongoing effective maintenance of the ISO 9001:2000 certification
-Monitor, track and report key metrics of the company
-Monitor Customer satisfaction and continuous improvement processes
-Conduct supplier and internal audits of the company’s ‘QMS’
-Facilitate the collection, analysis, display and trending of quality data
-Facilitate the use of root cause analysis and corrective and preventative measures
-Supervise shop floor quality
-Supervise incoming and outgoing product inspection
-Implement and work within guidelines of RoHS
Performs all duties and acts in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
