Curriculum for NQI CEP® Levels 4, 5

Certified Excellence Professional (NQI CEL®)
Level 4
Focuses on leadership competencies and tactical improvement.
Combined classroom/webinar courses, on-site coaching, and Tactical Improvement Project.
Candidates are assigned a Leadership Excellence Coach to help with the Tactical Improvement Project. |

Take home (12 hours) |
- Choose a minimum of one (1) NQI CEL® Elective

- Ongoing Tactical Improvement Project (up to 6 months)
- 1 day on-site coaching and an additional 8 hours of distance coaching (online or phone) over 6 months
- Approximately 12 hours preparing Tactical Improvement Project Summary
