Customer Testimonials:
As I sit back and consider the impact of completing the NQI Certified Excellence Professional Program (NQI CEP®), I see a “different” me than when I started eighteen months ago. Although I was a quality and health proponent from the get-go, I am now somewhat of a walking advertisement….about the virtues of pursuing organizational excellence and healthy workplaces. The NQI training has provided a practical tool kit and solid platform from which to prompt strategic change with my organization.

My NQI CEP®/ NQI CEL® designation, for now, is to be for me what a NQI PEP® certification should be to an organization – an external recognition of achievement. The designation, while appreciated, is not as significant as the learning and knowledge acquired through the journey. It will also act as a motivator, a driver for me to continue to pursue the required learning to stay fresh and current. It will be a badge of accomplishment and a personal validation to both internal and external organizations that will reinforce my position as I lead discussions on quality.
