POSITION SUMMARY:
With your experience in process and project management and superior analytical and facilitation abilities, you will lead the development, implementation and management of a process management/continuous improvement framework for the City of Waterloo.
Reporting to the CAO and working with the Senior Quality Team, you will lead corporate service reviews and process improvement projects and guide the development of internal facilitator(s).
You will also be responsible for the ongoing management and continuous improvement of the process management framework. You possess a university degree in a related field and have at least five years progressive experience in the implementation of process management in public sector organizations. You have advanced project management, process management, interpersonal, facilitation, training and change management skills.
Certification by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset.
