Excellence Canada offers a certification program for professionals who
wish to be recognized for their expertise in Quality and a Healthy
Workplace®.

The CEP Program covers a curriculum of quality, healthy workplace,
process and leadership tools. These tools will provide a well balanced,
comprehensive tool chest for any committed professional who wants to find new
ways to contribute and improve their personal performance as it relates to
their organizational goals and objectives.

While progressing through the Program, candidates will be required to
develop and apply skills within each of the Excellence Canada Framework for
Excellence Drivers:

  • Leadership
  • Planning
  • Customer/Citizen/Client Focus
  • People focus and Healthy Workplace®
  • Process Management
  • Supplier/Partner Focus

These critical elements, taken together, provide for the most effective
organizational learning and can be applied to any company, in any industry,
and at any level of growth. 

CEP certification is a formal recognition by Excellence Canada
that an individual has demonstrated a proficiency within, and comprehension of,
Excellence Principles and Quality tools that can help their organization
improve.

 To receive your CEP designation, you must:

  1. Enroll in the program
  2. Complete all of the required courses in the Core Curriculum
  3. Complete a select number of courses in the Elective Curriculum
  4. Successfully complete a reflective assignment
  5. Successfully complete a comprehensive exam
