The Progressive Excellence Program® (PEP) Package includes the licensing agreement, a copy of the PEP Criteria, Guide Book, and Assessor Workbook.

The PEP Criteria Outlines the criteria for each of the four PEP levels. This product is available for Quality (Business and Public Sector), Healthy Workplace®, Tourism, and Education.

The PEP Assessor Workbook is a handy workbook that will help speed you through completing a self-assessment. It comes complete with check sheets covering all levels of the Healthy Workplace PEP. This workbook is the actual tool used by internal or external assessment team members when completing an assessment of Excellence Canada Healthy Workplace® PEP levels in your organization.

The guide book interprets each point of the Criteria for you at every PEP Level. It also provides you with a scoring process, and guides you through how to conduct and organizations assessment, including practical tips and techniques covering each PEP assessment step. The process will enable your organization to effectively plan for an assessment in a reasonable timeframe.
