A half day Executive workshop has been developed to engage leaders in a healthy workplace.

This in-house (your location) workshop will review the 'NQI Canadian Healthy Workplace Criteria' which contributes to employee wellbeing in the workplace.

In advance to attending the leadership workshop, participants complete an anonymous online version of the NQI 20 questions leadership healthy workplace survey.

The results are collected and analyzed by NQI for a relevant discussion the day of the course. These results are shared with the group with reference to benchmarks/comparisons.
