An ongoing focus on quality is a key factor in the success of any business. Excellence for Small Business was developed specifically for businesses with fewer than 100 employees. It will help you identify where your business is on its quality journey, and what strategies it needs to work on to promote quality improvement. It will enable you to gauge your organization's strengths and seize opportunities for improvement.

The program provides an outline of how to evaluate your business, using the 10-Point Quality Criteria and Self-Evaluation Tool, as well as tips on how to plan, carry out and score the Self-Evaluation. To assist you in thinking about the practices of total quality, we will being with a review of the drivers of excellence that help create a quality culture across the organization. We will also provide guidelines for planning improvement projects to be undertaken following the Self-Evaluation.
