NQI Healthy Workplace® Checkup

You expect your employees to have an annual checkup...
why would you do anything less for your workplace?

Most Canadians spend more than one-third of their waking hours at work. Healthy Workplace® programs can help employee and employer alike. After all, as we become healthier, we not only feel better, but we are more successful in our work – and that benefits everyone.

The NQI Healthy Workplace® Checkup assists organizations in identifying areas where health risks are present, as well as identifying key employee satisfaction measures. The anonymous and confidential information gathered helps you make fundamental decisions about creating a healthier and more supportive work environment.

The survey can be completed online or on paper; a combination of both is also available. The NQI Healthy Workplace® Checkup is offered in both English and French. The standard questions are grouped into the following categories:

  4. Worry, Nerves or Stress
  5. Sleep
