The NQI Healthy Workplace for Small Organizations – 10-Point Criteria and Self-Evaluation Tool is designed for organizations with fewer than 100 employees. The foundation for the design of the Criteria is research and knowledge about (a) success factors involving employee well being in the workplace, and (b) the practical experience and outcomes of successful organizations.

The NQI Healthy Workplace for Small Organizations10-Point Criteria and Self-Evaluation Tool recognizes the resource issues that small organizations face in developing and implementing programs affecting the workplace environment. The Criteria and review methods are designed to help organizations focus on good practices for workplace health and target specific improvements that are attainable with available resources. A focus on a healthy workplace means moving beyond “compliance and standards.” Research and case studies demonstrate that a healthy workplace makes good business sense.
