Catherine Neville is a senior executive who has worked extensively in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. She has extensive knowledge of quality management systems, including NQI's Progressive Excellence Program (NQI PEP®), ISO 9001:2008, and Accreditation Canada Standards. Catherine is an active coach in strategic management planning, NQI Excellence Criteria implementation, and process improvement. An active trainer, she teaches NQI's Quest for Quality, Integrated Criteria, Organizational Assessment, and Process Improvement courses including our Lean Essentials course. Catherine is the author and trainer of Planning for NQI PEP®, a course for planning the effective implementation of NQI PEP®. She is the lead developer of the new SENIORWISE® requirements and the related training course. Her qualifications include: B.Sc.; NQI Certified Lead Assessor (Quality, Healthy Workplace®, and Integrated Healthcare Criteria); NQI Certified Excellence Leader; and NQI Certified Trainer. In addition, Catherine is a popular speaker and educator on organizational quality and wellness criteria.
